20% increase on premium for a claim they didn't even pay.
Outsurance increased my premium by R500 which is a 20% increase, because I had a claim that they didn't pay because it was below access yet my premium went up by R500 and I was told it is non negotiable, after referring my family and friends to them , this is how they appreciate their customers. When I took my car for inspection they guy was so unprofessional and didn't even sent me the quote he promised to sent, telling me they are using second hand part hence the quote is low. really !!!
