2 Years later & still providing excellent service

We submitted a claim in 2015 for damaging a mag & tyre in a pothole which was paid out to us quickly and efficiently as per usual. Outsurance then requested some details & documents from us to submit a claim against the Road Accident Fund which we provided & never heard anything from them again. We even changed insurances in the mean time. On Thursday 14 September 2017 we were contacted by Outsurance to arrange a refund of our excess payment for the claim mentioned above as they won the case against the RAF & wanted to refund our money. They could have easily kept quiet & scored an extra R1120, but as always, their superior service came through & our refund has been paid.
