2 months and still stuggling with a claim
<p>I went thru a pothole in Jan which damaged my mags, tyres and suspension. It took a month to repair only my mags. After going thru the complaints department and getting quotes they paid out in order for me to replace the tyres. Now im battling to get feedback on my suspension. I have requested feedback from multiple people and on a weekly basis but everybody says they will get back to me and nothing happens. During this time I had to rush my pregnant wife to hospital as her water broke in my unsafe vehicle. The vehicle and steering wheel shakes at 120km/ph and when braking the car is all over the road. Please help with feedback regarding my claim.</p>

Wear and tear is not a covered peril however she has suggested that the vehicle be taken to Motorvision for a full assessment. They will determine the nature of the damage.
