2 / 3 weeks to fix a geyser

My geyser burst 2 weeks ago. The plumbers who were sent out to replace it, installed the pressure valve upsidedown on the new geyser and the resulting pressure shook the pipes in my walls and floors untill it burst my hot water pipes under my bedroom floor. I was asked to wait an entire weekend with no hot water as the plumbers offices did not opperate on the weekends, and an ever growing puddle on my bedroom floor. Outsurance then asked me to pay a second excess payment in order to get the pipes fixed. I refused, and since then they have had to send a second inspector to file a report on the poor workmanship. I have had no corrospondace since he was at my home on monday (3 days ago), stating that there were severale reasons why the geyser had been installed against regulation, my floors are ruined, and we still have no hot water pressure. Going on week 3 now...
