1st impressions lasts a lifetime. The agent battling to get a hold of me throughout the day but surely didnt give up. Eventually I managed to have my session and sihn up to the pet insurance due to the best sales person ive experienced in probably all my life. I am extremely satisfied with the assistance, support and jokung throughout the whole process and even asked to be called later to review my current insurance with other companies. If this is the way you guys treat customers even with only signing up on a pet insurance, I will strongly listen to what else you have to offer. Great service. Keep it up..
