Firstly I am happy with your service however the service I received with Avis was Appalling. Too start off on Friday after we had finalized me collecting the vehicle from Avis I received 4+ calls however I was in a meeting and returned the calls immediately but no one could assist me as they required a ref: number which I only had the Insurance claim ref: number when I arrived at Airport they told me too have ref: number which I did not have and left this was on the 30th May 2016. 2nd May 2016 I decided to return to Airport and was told that my booking is for Barbra Road Avis so at this point I am not pleased I am perturbed and disgusted with this matter as I had made different arrangements twice with the Panel beaters and thus far I have not received any apology or compensation for my time wasted. I must say they are leaving a very bad taste in my mouth and not only with Avis but with my insurer as well.
