Just want to say a big thank you to the OUTsurance staff as well as the service provider involved in this claim for going the extra mile. From the claims advisor, assessors and the panel beater - they were all awesome and made the process effortless and quick. The policy holder/client is 82 years old therefore making travelling difficult for him - they only travel very short distances. The assessors offered and went out to their home to have the assessment done. The assessor thereafter even arranged that the service provider collect the vehicle for repair and return it back to them once done. The service provider was also very friendly and helpful and made it happen without any objections. It is things like these which confirms OUTsurance is the best insurer and you always get something out. A big thank you again for assisting the elderly and making the process less stressful for them, it is much appreciated!
