12 DAYS LATER ...STILL NO AUTHORISATION CODE

On the 8th of August 2017 my fiancé an myself were involved in a accident on the N2. A driver with BMW drove into us almost forcing us into the barricade just before the M5 turn off. My fiancé immediately contacted the police and outsurance . we got authorization from outsurance for our car to be towed.

A case was made by mowbray police station as the accident happened in that area

We pay a good penny to insure ourselves when the necessity arise to call upon outsurance I have received nothing but the run around and bad faith insurance. Up to the 20th August I have received no authorization number in order to have my car fix instead I have been crossed questioned and I was not at fault.

I was made aware that my father is the main driver which i requested a copy of that call and that my premium will be increased by R 1200

I cannot say this enough I WAS NOT AT FAULT

i don't know if my insurance is covering me or the other driver who bumped us driving at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour
