11 phone calls in 24 hours

I have received 11 missed calls from Outsurance in 24 hours to sell your product to me. Is this necessary? The consultants keep calling then go to my voicemail and purposefully leave long voicemails which is not even a message, it's consultants chatting for about a minute. Please loose my number. This exceeds the boundaries of just SPAM!
