I had an accident on 14 October 2025 at about 07:45, and the service I received from OUTsurance was nothing short of spectacular. The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes. By the time I got to work, I already had emails confirming receipt of my car and where it was taken.

The assessor was assigned the very next day, my claim was approved, and my car was sent to the panel beaters without delay. I also received my Avis replacement car quickly and without any hassle.

In this economy, good service is rare — but OUTsurance truly delivered. I know exactly where my car is, my claim is approved, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Outstanding service all around — 10/10!
