I've been with Outsurance since I got my first car in 2011. In 2021 I had my first accident. Reversed into someone. Called them, explained what happened and they helped me with no problems. Sadly after that it was all down hill for me. The next year I was hit on the drivers side by a guy on a scooter. Almost had to write my car off. Then the next year my mother inlaw was in an accident and the year after I was in my husband's car when I was hit head on my someone skipping a corner writing off my husband's car and Outsurance helped me with car, understanding and helped me through some of the worst parts of my driving life.

I contacted them again this year and the company who fixed my car the first time messed it up so badly that it needs to be redone. After back and forth with the company for 5 months I contacted Outsurance and they jumped in to help.

I would recommend everyone to Outsurance, their staff is always so friendly, kind and understanding. Im so grateful to them for helping me through everything. Amazing people and company
