Outsource Digital Edenvale. Empty promises and lies.

We signed a three year contract with Outsource Digital for two photo copy machines for our school. Firstly the wrong machines were delivered with much less copying capacity than was quoted on. Only one machine had a finisher even though the proposal was for a finisher on both machines. When the company was confronted about the machines being smaller than the ones quoted on, we reached a compromise that they would supply us with an extra machine and the second finisher. This all happened in May and we still don't have the second finisher and the billing has been a nightmare with amounts being billed incorrectly and fees added on that were not in the proposal.
