MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

Johann runs a gardening and landscaping service. He did not deliver on the brief. Despite this I paid him 50% being R26 024.50 for work he did. On 7 Oct '23 he agreed to refund me R12 500 I paid him for additional work (pots) which he did not deliver. Since then he has not returned my calls nor refunded me the monies ignoring all attempts to contact him.
