No Delivery, no refund only excuses and empty talks

<p>Placing an order for a new battery and set of blade for the Inspire one thatw as sold by him.</p> <p>The ordershould have taken 2 days, after all the excuses and 2 months I have not yet received the items fully paid in advance to teh amount of 4,500 Rand.</p> <p>He did failed to issues a receipt that is also an offence of the Southafria Revenue Authority</p> <p>Clearly looking at the review this is normal operation</p> <p>I will move it to consumer protection for advice and keep callig him till he will refund me.</p> <p> </p>
