Duplicated Payment - Still no refund after promise

On the 23 rd January I purchased a Flying Saucer Aircraft with batteries. My payment was duplicated. After two visits to the shop and several phone calls and promises to attend to the matter it is now more tan a month later and I am still,waiting for the \promised"refund."""
