DSTV sucka

I pay a fortune for DSTV every month. When I took out the contract more than one person could stream at the same time but that is not the case any more. With all the loadshedding I try to watch on my laptop but in the middle of a show it stops with a message "sorry we encountered a problem on our side please try again later." I have contacted DSTV numerous times and they have an excuse every time. My internet speed is too low, which is not the case, I have a speed of 30 mbps. Then they say I must clear my browsing history which I have done almost every day now. Another solution they gave is update Google Chrome but it is updated. I have used Microsoft edge as well and the same problem persists. I can stream anything else etc YouTube, the problem is only happening with DSTV. I really considering cancelling my contract. 😡
