DSTV decoder recording problem

I had to return to DSTV Installations 3 times last week and still my decoder would not record properly. They were suppose to setup the decoder according to the settings on the initial decoder but they missed one setting. I have 3 decoders in my house and this initial decoder was setup as "Decoder 3". When they replaced the decoders they left as factory default of "Decoder 1" and what happened was that I already had a decoder 1 in my house and the two decoders were interfering with each other. I changed the setup to decoder 3 and all my problems disappeared.
