WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER

Good day Jermaine, your company has given me one of the poorest online experiences I have ever had , poor communication , no resolution on problems except computer generated replies which are not helpful, and coupon codes that do not work . Now you want a banking letter, take the R50 and shove it !! I manage a retail shop, and do not have time for multiple daily emails over a refund I have already wasted R100 on Courier for , because now after weeks of struggling ,I find the size I need is no longer in stock I will refund my client from my pocket , since my clients are important to me. unlike your company . I will never buy from you again or recommend you to anyone I know.
