OUTLET STORE - FAILURE TO PROVIDE TAX INVOICE REF #OLS-39441

I ordered online. Got my email that stipulates they add VAT. I requested an invoice as I ordered clothing for corporate use. My employer wants the tax invoice and they keep on saying the Accounts Department is working on it for more than a week. Surely if you can issue an order, the next logical step will be issuing the invoice.

So now I will not be reimbursed as they don't issue invoices or what to confirm a contact number.
