Order #OLS-64518 - Wrong order delivery, no phones answered and nobody responds to support mails

We ordered on Saturday 04 June, a package was delivered on Wedsday, but it was the wrong goods, I have been trying to get hold to speak to someone since Wednesday with no luck. x2 support queries has been logged and the number *** just rings. Im very unhappy with the service and as per the store policy we only have 7 days to return and this was not our fault. This package has Durban details but it was delivered to Cape Town.
