Bad maintenance and customer service

The company was appointed by Outsurance to attend to the damage created by a burst water pipe. They effectively had to do a new floor, screet it to be level so that it can be painted with floor paint. They subcontracted the job without supervision and after a period of 4 weeks the job was still not done. In fact the floor was not level at all and they painted it with some sticky stuff. One could not even walk on the floor without getting stuck to it. When asked when and how they are going to fix this they just never rep****. Totally bad service received from them.
