I enquired to obtain password for my webmail as I have been hacked and observed ********** activity on my accounts.

I was informed by director of company that she is on personal leave and she will see what she can do. I stressed my concern as I know that the password to my account was not given to me directly but common friend we shared and I needed the information urgently to change the password. I provided their contact details to my representative to follow up and enquire on my behalf while I try to stop my bank accounts etc as these were linked to my business account.

My representative contacted the numbers I provided him with with being Toni and Dan as I have always been helped by them and received communication from them both about my webhosting. I experienced good service from them.

My representative asked for login details and he also informed them that hosting will be transferred to due to security concern.

Due to urgency of matter we cannot wait till next month as my bank account can be hacked again via email.

Shortly I received a messages from the director accusing me of harassing her husband and that I am being rude for asking information considering their personal circumstances going behind her back to obtain it. I explained that my representative was only enquiring on my behalf and that I was shocked with her behavior towards me. I was treated like a nuisance and not a client made to feel ashamed and embarrassed for enquiring information to my own webmail account that was sent to someone else being the possible result of the ********** activity noticed on my account in the first place.

I never received any apology.

I relayed my condolences to the loss of her husbands family.

Due to the ethical standards I have enquired during my experience being auditor for major PriceWaterHouseCoopers - the guideline to the way I conduct myself and my business - I do not want to be associated with this kind of business style and basic communication skills.
