Very poor service
I have been battling since December last year to get them to move a double bed from Uvongo to Potchefstroom. They qouted me and I paid them up front. Since then they have been postponing every week and giving excuse upon excuse. It is now February and they still haven't collected the bed.

04 Mar 2025, 07:35On the 19th of February they sent me a cancellation and refund form to complete, which I sent back the same day. It is now the 4th of March, and I have had no further communication from them. They are ignoring my WhatsApp messages and emails.
