Pathetic service

Terrible service! Communication via whatsapp or e-mail il takes days/weeks to answer! Telephone calls don't get answerd. I booked my move 13 January 2025 and paid the full quoted amount, to be moved 29 January 2025, 4:00 am that morning they notified me that they won't make it but promised to be there the next day which also did not happen. Eventually I was told they can only help me the Saturday, 1 February 2025 but if I am not happy they will refund my payment. Then I was told a refund takes 30 days, it did not take me 30 days to pay them! For the last week I am unable to reach them for info regarding my refund. Poor, very poor service!!! Will definitely not recommend them to anyone!
