WORST RENTAL PROPERTY AGENCY
Since the 18th of November 2015, when it hailed in Springs and there was damage to the windows and the carport, nothing has been done by the Body corporate which is managed by Angor Properties? Despite numerous complaints. Its as if they don't get paid to manage the property.<br> <br> There has been no communication on when they will be able to fix this problem, when it rains the houses are being flooded.<br> Really disappointed <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Angor Property Specialists - Property Management to Outeniqua Body Corporate by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

Thank you, we are currently in the process of managing this issue. We will respond to all your concerns in a separate email, but briefly, the damage in your complex and your entire suburb was extensive, so bad that in fact, the glass suppliers in your area were unable to meet the needs. This delayed the process of replacing the windows and we only received a glass quotation by 25th November. The replacement of the shade netting is with the insurance company appointed by your trustees, who have now approved the quotation and we are waiting for their appointed contractor to commence the work. Whilst we understand that this delay has been very stressful, you will appreciate that we are in the hands of the contractors and insurance company, both of which are under pressure at this time of the year. We assure you that we are making every effort to have this matter finalised as a matter of urgency.
