WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE "LAUGHABLE & A JOKE"

The level of service you get at outdoor warehouse is ridiculous !!! I would rather not say what branch but I would advice "Tentco Manufacturer" not to allow outdoor warehouse to sell their products anymore.

The knowledge these people have is below "0" and then you get told they are unable to swap out the parts and that all they can do is take pictures and send is away to the supplier. After this was only the second time I used this and had the product at them before.

Now I ask you how the HELL am I able to bend welded corners of a gazebo ???????????

Two other Agents that also sell Tentco Product are saying they would have swapped it out for a new set and they would sort it out with Tentco themselves. Had my Product at the stores and they told me this is faulty parts.

I leave the store and get a phone call from the Store to say yes I can buy all new set of corners for X amount , NO WHERE WAS I TOLD PLEASE LET US SWAP THIS OUT FOR YOU AND WE WILL SORT THIS OUT OURSELVES WITH THE MANUFACTURER.

I will seriously never buy anything from them anymore ever again because of the bad service and lack of knowledge the staff have.
