WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The online store is the worst service! I will NOT recommend ordering anything online from them. I ordered my husband's Christmas present well in advance, received the wrong item. Then struggled to get the item collected and after collection of the wrong item I am unable to find out if the correct item was sent to me. Now sitting stressing that I will not have a Christmas present for my husband. Tried the phone number for the online store more than 15 times already and no answer. The call centre just state that they are unable to see if the correct item was sent for delivery.
