Worst expwrience at Outdoorwarehouse Willowbridge

I went to the store in Willowbridge on the 20th May to buy an ember maker. I was assured by the manager that I could return it if it did not fit and get a full refund I returned the product yesterday 23rd May and the manager Ethan had many reasons why i could not be refunded ie only customers with credit cards can be refunded. Apart from that he is very obnoxious and rude So no product and I have not been refunded. Sounds a lot like *****ing from customers dont you think? My next adventure will definately not be to any of your stores.And you need to train staff to respect customers and customer service
