Worst customer service experience.

We went to the branch in boksburg yesterday and was advised about the promotion on the leatherman wave plus by the floor staff as well as the manager. We requested that they get one from the centurion branch as the price given by the two staff members were fantastic. The price given was R1400. 00

When going back today to collect the product the price has increased to R1800.00 and when we asked about the sudden increase we were in the wrong and the staff would never give falls information. This was by far the worst customer service we have ever recieved as no effort was made to follow up with both parties as the one is off today and the other was confused with regards to the pricing. When going there please double check the information given by Jason as we are highly disgusted that we got told one thing and that the store would not keep to the verbal confirmation on the price and they would rather cover up for each other.
