We went camping and a tentpole snapped.<br> First of all the website is amazing - I could find and enquire what I needed easily.<br> I posted an enquiry there and received a response from the local branch very soon.<br> The manager was interested and assisted me, making no unattainable promises.<br> Well done, Outdoor Warehouse!!!
