Warranty details used for ********* SPAM

I was asked to provide personal contact details for a warranty of a product I bought. I have since received direct marketing to those private, personal channels, without my consent.<br> You have to have my explicit permission to market to me directly, but you never received it, or asked for it, and you then abused my warranty contact details for your marketing and breach of my privacy.<br> Explain how this will be prevented for future purchases?
