Utterly disappointed in product & after service

We purchased a Bushbaby Combo Senior tent as it was on promotion for R10 200 in December 2015. We went camping in George for two weeks and great was our surprise to realize that the brand new tent leaked at every seam during a - 20 minute lite drizzle. When we packed up at the end of the two weeks we were shocked to discover that some of the Gazebo angles rusted to the tent poles. We have been camping for 8 years now with lesser quality tents and we have never experienced an issue like this. We returned the tent to Outdoor Warehouse in the second week of January and realized that our gazebo angles were of a lesser quality product to the gazebo angles on display. We pointed this out to Cathy as well as the fact the the tent leaked. We were informed that they will have to send the tent to Campmor (supplier) for inspection. After nearly a month the feedback received was shocking to say the least. We received a quote of R5000 to replace all tent poles. On questioning this Cathy could not give us an answer. I was forced to contact the supplier directly were I was abruptly told that we apparently packed the tent wet (hahaha what a joke). Two months later no answers no tent.
