Totally ***********!!

Total incompetence of the staff at the Zambezi Store.

We ended up speaking to 4 different personnel over the phone... not one single person knew what a National Luna fridge/freezer is.

It is absolutely pathetic that we cannot enquiry about stock availability since your staff is totally *********** - we wanted to buy the fridge still today.

Needless to say... I will take my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend that you re-train your *********** staff - you look like a bunch of idiots!
