Terrible staff and terrible treatment!!!

Terrible experience at Outdoor Warehouse Centurion!!! On the 14th of December, I went to Outdoor Warehouse to buy a gift for someone that I saw online. It was near closing time so I rushed to get it in time. I paid R350 for it which is the price on the one side of the box. As soon as I got home I wanted to wrap it then I saw their is a sticker on the other side with the price marked off to R250. Thinking a R100 is a lot I went back the 15th as soon as they opened to see if I can get the R100 back. First they refused to give me the R100 but after I told them that I should've paid the price marked off according to consumer law they started treating me as a *****. Claiming they have to check the camera's to see if I did not put the sticker there myself. They told me after 45min of treating me like a ***** they will give me the R100 but I must come back later because there is no one to open the tills. Even though they helped customers who brought things. So the tills were working for them but they couldn't help me. I then told them my father will collect the money because I need to go to work. When my father got there they treated him the same as me and they also refused to give the money to him. After a long fight they eventually gave it to him. I am very disappointed in that staff and will never support them again! I will also tell everyone of my experience I had there and make sure they loose clients over this!!
