Stanley flask

I bought a trigger action Stanley flask and paid almost R700 for it . It suppose to keep 8 hours hot and 6 hours cold.Hot cofee is cold in 20 minutes,I am very disappointed in the flask could have rather bought a cheap cup for R60 and coffe would stay warmer for longer. The cub is hurricane, tornado etc proof,yesterday cup slipped out of my hand by accident and fell on the ground and on the side bottom paint chipped off.Cup did not even fell hard so I can imagine how it will look if it fell down hard.This was the last straw.Bad quality!!!
