Shocking service

<p>I went to go buy some equipment from outdoor warehouse fourways. It didn't work how I wanted it to so I returned it on Sunday. 12 hours after I bought it. I asked the manager on duty Paulina how long a refund would take on my standard bank cheque card. She says "48 hours sir" great. 56 hours later I come back to the store only to be told they don't know and they call head office. Then call standard bank. 7-14 days. Are you serious! This is an absolute joke, why was I told 48 hours. Why do your staff not know the refund procedures. Who ever trains your staff should be fired, and some guy from head office nwel or something isn't bothered on making a plan. Guess what, I will never ever shop with you again. Disgusting. Why do you sit on my money for 7 days and earn intrest on it? Going to post this in the fourways review to warn potential customers of how you run your business </p>
