Rude Security at Zambezi

So disappointed at the service we received from Outdoor Warehouse Zambezi on 25 October.

I desperately needed car seats and a tent as a present for my nephew and I had identified them at Zambezi a week before. But unfortunately, it was a few minutes before closing time around 18h25 and there was a line, so I opted to come after my shift the following week around past 5pm.

I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment we received from the security who was complaining that customers like to come in the shop late and it's closing time and "staff" wants to leave.

When we looked around, we were the only customers in the shop. We appreciate the lady who was helping us telling the security lady that she cannot speak like that about customers.

But unfortunately and personally I was turned off by what the security said. So we left, so we couldn't complete our entire purchase as I felt that we "only had time" to buy the car seats.

I just don't understand what the difference between a security officers duty vs a sales constant duty is anymore. Or maybe Outdoor Warehouse policy is unique.

But we ended up ordering a tent from TakeAlot, even if we had to pay more, but my nephew loved his new tent.
