Return policy was in bad taste

I bought a Stanley flask from the store @ the hefty price of R899. It has a lifelong guarantee and lately it has not been keeping liquids warm as it should and I took it back to the store. I was told that the flask would be sent back and be repaired or checked, whatever the case may be. , However, I was told that I would have to pay the courier fee of R160. I was extremely upset by the attitude of the store. If you , as a store, carry the product, you should be willing to walk the extra mile when it becomes faulty. I took the flask, went home and are both disappointed in Stanley , as a product and Outdoor Warehouse.
