Return Policy at Outdoor Warehouse

I bought tents from Outdoor Warehouse Zambesi and pitched them as advised, so that the stitches can become stronger, however they kept licking until I needed to use them for business and when I returned them their manager refused to accept them back as if I damaged them, he said he will take them back for repair, whereas I reported immediately that they are licking & they advised that I keep them for a while, but they made it seem like I damaged them. I reported the matter and I was deemed as a ****. The manager even stated that is the last time I return things at his stores. I wrote to customer service the service provider for the tents was helpful however outdoor warehouse and the employees they all gang up against me and called me a ****.
