The service at Outdoor Warehouse George Western Cape, especially if they have to refund you, caused me a lot of frustration. Reading some other reviews, it seems my experience is not the exception but the rule. So, if you need camping gear, make the latter your last option to prevent massive frustration I can't find an email address of Out Door Ware House, but they do have a Facebook page.
