Poor service and follow up on a online order.
they utilize a courier company what is impossible to get a hold of. Parcel was marked out for delivery yesterday. no item has since been delivered with no update what so ever. I have to reach out and use my time and airtime to try get a hold of Outdoor warehouse but i get no response back. When i called the consultant SAID they will email dpd laser. I argued email? why not phone? the consultant said they never answer! So they will aware of the poor service they offer.

14 Sept 2023, 11:05it is the 14th today. I still have not received my order. Apparently the parcel has been offloaded to a 3rd Party Courier what have given me no update regarding my order/delivery. I have to communicate with outdoor warehouse via email as they fail to call me and speak to me telephonically, thus taking even longer for a response. I also have utilize my own recourses to supply Outdoor Warehouse with numbers' to try locate my order. They have also failed to comment on my complaint.
