Poor customer service.

Outdoor Warehouse sells a National Luna NL 90 fridge for R13649.00

I received a quote(available on request)for the same fridge for R12999.00.

I received excellent service from the sales person at Outdoor Warehouse and therefore I wanted to give him the sale.

So I spoke to the manager at the the branch and he informed me that they don’t do price matching, I phoned the customer service line to make sure that this is correct and they also said they don’t do price matching.

It astonishes me that in these times a company like Outdoor Warehouse is willing to loose R12999.00 in stead of R350.00 by matching the price.

Before buying at Outdoor Warehouse, look at other places aswell, you’ll find what you need for a more affordable price.
