Outdoor Warehouse witbank

I bought hiking sticks in Witbank and the sticks didn’t help at all when I was hiking the otter. You can’t tighten the sticks and every time you tighten them the part just wears out. We returned this sticks today and the branch manager Isabel Eksteen was rude, started shouting and raising her voice and when the same was done to her she kept saying we must show her how we used the sticks. Her attitude is stinking, she is rude and doesn’t know customer service. Please give her some training. We can’t be helped by backwards people who think you can’t use hiking sticks because you are a certain race.
