Outdoor Warehouse security staff preventing lifelong client from entering because he used his own hand sanitizer.

Here is the message I sent to Outdoor *****houses Facebook messenger and as in the Tygervally branch it is still ignored. I want to know what they are going to do about this security gentleman's unaccepted behavior or are they going to keep using this security company's untrained rude staff preventing loyal customers to "visit" the store and whether it is common practice for Outdoor Warehouses sub contractors staff to treat life long customers like ****? Message to Outdoor Warehouse: Good afternoon. I am hereby officially complaining about an incident that this afternoon at your Tygervally branch. Your security was extremely rude when They insisted that I have to use their hand sanitizer before I could be allowed into the store. I explained to the male gentleman that I use my own sanitizer and that I came from Build-It, Checkers and Fruit and Veg and have sanitized every time as well as just before I got out of my bakkie to come and do business with Outdoor Warehouse. He did not believe me and said that I have to prove to him and bring it to the entrance where he was standing. I told him to come to my bakkie and see for himself, which he did. At my bakkie I opened the bakkie, took out the bottle of medical alcohol. He still did not believe me where I re sanitized my hands again, showing him the effect the sanitizers had on my hands and why I use my own. He refused to believe me and had an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager who then listened to me about what just happened. He apologized and said that he will speak to the security gentleman. I insisted that he do it where I could see it which he did. I could see that the security gentleman did not appreciate the conversation and had no inclination to apologize. I told the manager that I am a old customer(since 1999) and have spend far in excess of R 100 000 at the store and was on my way to buy my wife a birthday present as we are campers from when the store was next to Teasers(1999). I bought my first 3x3 dome tent in 1999 and since then have bought a 2.5 x 2.5, Safari Bush combo dome and extension tent, 2 4x4 fridges, 2 double bed mattresses, stretchers, self inflate mattresses, wind nets, groundsheets, chairs, cooking pots, clothing, hiking rucksacks, shoes, boots and many more. The way I was treated has put me off your store for life. I will never put my foot on your premises and I will tell all my camping and 4 x 4 friends of this. If I can give you sound business advice, get rid of the security company as they do not fit your brand and the lifestyle you sell into.
