Outdoor Warehouse - Secondhand Tent without tentpoles being sold!??

Hallo Peter,

I bought a Hiking tent yesterday from Outdoor Warehouse. After arriving at home I just wanted to check that I have received everything listed on the box.

Only to find out that: 1) I have been sold a tent without any tentpoles 2) the Nylon Tent cover was secondhand and has previously been in use.

I paid for a brand new tent and received a half of a secondhand tent. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to use Outdoor Warehouse.
