Outdoor warehouse redE powerbanls

Poor service. Terrible attitude. Went in to take a redE powerbank back that had a swollen battery. I was told it will take three weeks. After explaining we travelled over 500km to get the problem fixed we were told they could not help. We must wait three weeks for redE to make a decision whether to replace or fix. How can such a large company not be able to replace or refund in lieu of their supplier taking so long to look into it. Will certainly not use Outdoor Warehouse again and will in future rather buy on line!

The staff were unhelpful in general. The Manager Johan definitely got out the wrong side of the bed.
