Outdoor warehouse poor service

George branch - I bought a hi tec ladies Lizzy jacket for R1999.oo in June and have worn it only a few times but the hood seam is already unraveling and the one zip broke. I took the item back today - only to be told by Riaan, they have to follow 'protocol' and send it back for assessment and he can't replace or refund me. The cashier was pleasant but Riaan, rude, aggressive and unhelpful. They have certainly lost my business and I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.
