Outdoor Warehouse pathetic online service

I bought a hat online with Outdoor Warehouse. When I received it, I realized the colour was completely not as shown on the website & I wanted to return the hat. I tried calling them, was on hold for +/- 40 minutes and no-one could assist me.

When I called them again, they said that I have to go to a store (which is 50 km from me) to exchange it. What pathetic service from them! The whole reason why online shopping exists, is so that you can purchase the items at our convenience and exchange if necessary, WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO A STORE!!!!!! Outdoor Warehouse is utterly disappointing and have terrible customer service!

I expect someone to call me and sort this mess out! Apart from the exchange, they falsely advertised the colour of the hat, not even the same colour as shown online! And they not allowing me to exchange this, terrible terrible customer service from them!
