Outdoor warehouse Online -Dawn Wing - AVOID

Do not use their Online services, they do not care about your order or your money being refunded when you don't get your order. I placed an order online on 12 Dec, the order was handed over to their couriers the next day, impressive I though until I realised that they use Dawn Wing Couriers (now called DPD Laser) - I have had delivery issue with Dawn Wing for years and now avoid them like the plague. I received several other deliveries over the period but Dawn Wing kept saying Customer not available - we have security at the front gate and they call when a visitor arrives. Long story short, I had to cancel the order when not delivered by 19 Dec (no call back from Dawn Wing or Outdoor warehouse- they do not care). Now they have my money and I must wait for my refund until the order is sent back from Dawn Wing to Outdoor Warehouse - it's the 28 Dec and no movement on my cancelled order or refund -and no call from Outdoor warehouse -customer lost and I will spread the news of this service.
