Outdoor Warehouse Nelspruit

Sunday 14 March we spend R17 885.00(fridge,gazebo,table,ect) at ODW Nelspruit(pity one cant attached proof). All excited we left Nelspruit Friday 19/03 morning after 9 on our way to Loskop dam. Booked in and select our campsite. start pitching out tent with all the goodies with it. When we got to the gazebo there were one corner piece short. Amazing cause this is a brand new canvas gazebo (R2299.00) from the shelf. So we phone ODW Nst regarding the missing piece and spoke to store manager Ryan. He hen phone us back and said they found the missing piece. His reply was that we can collect it Saturday. Now for a manager that had no clue were about Loskop dam is, just amazing. So he told me that I must go to Middelburg to see if I can source sum sort of piece for the rest of our stay. Saturday morning we went to Middelburg which is 107.5km (return) and managed to find a Campworld in Middelburg. The guy gave me a universal piece which did helped (R110.00). So we informed Ryan that we managed to source a corner piece. Rayn told us once we back in Nst he will give us discount and all the blah blah. So today 27 March I went to ODW Nst ask for Ryan. So he gave me my corner piece and just apologized. NOT EVEN ASK HOW MUCH IT COST ME DUE TO HIS STAFF LACK OF SERVICE. Now my question to Outdoor Warehouse: Is this fair? Is this your customer service policy? Should I return my all the goods I bought from your store?
